Baby Chronicles: 3 Months

On February 7th, my little munchkin will be 3 months old! I cannot believe how fast my baby is growing before my eyes. I do have a slight update, as of today, February 4th, Emmanuel is 13 pounds !

I took him to see his doctor today, because he has gotten his first cold and of course this first time mommy was worried. I am happy to report that he has just the common baby cold, nothing too serious. 

No matter if he is sick or well, this little boy lights up our life! 

How do you deal with your little ones' colds during the winter?

North Carolina, and many other states around the nation, has been hit with a killer winter cold front!

Being that I am an ex-New Jersey native, my cold blood is now as warm as southern biscuits! Despite my climate adaptation to moderate southern winters, I do keep my wardrobe stocked with boots, oversized sweaters and my absolute favorite winter accessories, scarves! Here is what I put together for work, something casual yet very cute and comfy!

 Happy December !

I hope you lovelies are enjoying the chilly weather like I am! Ok let's be honest, the only reason I enjoy winter is for the peacoats, long skirts and of course boots and knee high socks.  

To add to my love for winter clothing, I joined YouTube Fashion & Beauty Blogger Runa Azam's

Instagram fashion challenge called "Shop Your Closet Challenge."  

The rules are simple and as follows:

1. We do not shop for 30 days (Lord, help us!)

2. We solely shop from our closets and put things together in your own unique way!

Runa explains that through this challenge we, as fashion bloggers and style lovers, can learn how to become more versatile with our clothing and personal style choices. As a fashion blogger, I am up for the challenge, and this is my first look for the month!
