Happy Monday!

How has the start of your week been going thus far? 

As you can tell, my summer has been going beautifully! I am loving the consistent warm weather we have been having lately. To celebrate my love for the summer, I threw on this (very) thin chiffon swimsuit cover-up from H&M with a black tank and thin leggings. Don't sue me just yet, it has a tendency to be very cold inside the building, so I am attire appropriate (lol).

1995 Wildcats

It has been quite beautiful here in North Carolina this summer; so nice, that I decided to wear this comfortable light-weight sweatshirt from Target. The neon and heather grey combination went perfect with my "1995" graphic skirt from Wet Seal. I have been loving the resurgence of the graphic trend, so I decided to dress it up for the work place. Note, I do work with an advertising agency, so the attire is a mix of business causal to super casual.

North Carolina, and many other states around the nation, has been hit with a killer winter cold front!

Being that I am an ex-New Jersey native, my cold blood is now as warm as southern biscuits! Despite my climate adaptation to moderate southern winters, I do keep my wardrobe stocked with boots, oversized sweaters and my absolute favorite winter accessories, scarves! Here is what I put together for work, something casual yet very cute and comfy!

Warm Fall Mornings

North Carolina had a beautiful, warm morning today! In true southern fashion, you really never know whether to pull out your chunky knit sweaters or sandals during the fall. Despite the weather feeling like a warm 75°, I ignored the urge to pull out a tank dress and decided to go with fall festive attire, the ever-so-popular faux fur vest and taupe booties. 

With the weather putting me in such a great mood, I decided to snap some photos of my 11 days postpartum bod! I feel damn good after giving birth to a 7 pound, 3 ounce baby about a week and a half ago.

Good Morning Beauties! 

North Carolina weather has been a tad bit moody, so on a slightly chilly/warm day, I decided to rock this little number! I used a scarf as a bandeau to create an effortless chic look I could wear on campus. 

To cover some of my skin, I threw on this safari jacket. It also gave my feminine look some edge!

Hello Dolls! 

I am back with another OOTD! It was quite chilly today in North Carolina so I decided to throw on 

my thrifted Oxblood Sweater from my favorite place, Goodwill. I got this J-Crew sweater for about $5! 

This was definitely a steal! 

To make this chunky sweater more feminine, I threw on my favorite American Apparel skirt and 

my Wet Seal moto booties! I am diving into fall fashion, slowly but surely!
